The Staff is Wonderful

I have been going to Renew for Botox and sugaring for about 6 months. I go to Kelly for sugaring. She’s really quick and efficient, which is essential when having hair pulled out. She makes the experience very comfortable and is so personable! For Botox I see Dr. Taylor. She has a lot of expertise and clearly explains the difference between injectables and gives her honest opinion on what I need and what I don’t need. She’s also really friendly and efficient. The front desk staff is also wonderful and very patient. Sometimes my schedule can be a little wonky or I’m paying with Allergen credits, and I always appreciate their patience with me. I find their prices to be fair and often times less expensive than the spas in Bend. I highly recommend Renew
